6 new ceiling fans were installed throughout a FishHawk Ranch home in a single 4-hour visit — bedrooms, great room and covered lanai.
The Challenge
The FishHawk homeowners had just moved in and wanted all rooms with fans updated from builder-grade units to modern DC-motor models. They also wanted a damp-rated fan on the covered lanai where no fan existed previously.
Our Solution
We swapped 5 interior fans (fan-for-fan) in under 3 hours, verifying each existing box was fan-rated before hanging. For the lanai, we upgraded the existing light-only box to a fan-rated brace box and installed a 52" damp-rated fan with a remote receiver. All fans paired with included remotes and tested before leaving.
The Result
The whole home is updated in one visit. The DC-motor fans are noticeably quieter and more efficient than the builder units. The lanai fan circulates air perfectly for outdoor dining.
