A Bloomingdale landlord needed a rental unit fully prepared between tenants — drywall patches, full repaint, new fixtures and door adjustments completed in 3 days.
The Challenge
A Bloomingdale rental had accumulated damage from a 2-year tenant — 11 wall holes of varying sizes, 6 doors that wouldn't latch properly, a broken toilet handle and a kitchen faucet that dripped. The landlord had a new tenant moving in 4 days after the old tenant left.
Our Solution
Day 1: drywall patches across all rooms. Day 2: full paint — all rooms, ceilings, and trim in a neutral white. Day 3: door adjustments (all 6 latching properly), toilet handle replacement, kitchen faucet swap and final punch items. All trash and debris hauled.
The Result
New tenant moved in on schedule to a clean, repaired, freshly painted unit. The landlord has used us for 3 subsequent turnovers since this project.

- Full repaint — 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, living room
