A 1990s Clearwater kitchen was refreshed with painted cabinets, quartz countertops, tile backsplash, new hardware and a Delta pull-down faucet — all without moving a cabinet.
The Challenge
The 1994 Clearwater kitchen had original white-painted cabinets that had yellowed and chipped, builder laminate countertops and no backsplash. The homeowner wanted to update before listing without a full gut renovation.
Our Solution
We scuff-sanded all cabinet surfaces, applied a bonding primer, and sprayed all doors and boxes in a clean white. New brushed-nickel hardware throughout. Quartz countertops replaced laminate. We tiled the backsplash in a white 3×12 subway tile with dark grout. New Delta pull-down faucet replaced the original builder model.
The Result
The kitchen looks brand new. The listing photos featured the kitchen prominently. The home sold in 7 days at list price. The buyer's agent said the kitchen was a primary selling point.
