A Westchase master bath got a targeted refresh — new 24×24 porcelain floor, updated vanity, frameless mirror and retiled shower walls — without touching the plumbing layout.
The Challenge
A 1994 Westchase home had a master bath with dated 12×12 mauve ceramic tile, a vanity with a cultured marble top starting to crack, and a shower surround with failing grout. The homeowner wanted a modern look on a realistic budget — no plumbing moves, no layout changes.
Our Solution
We removed the vanity and shower tile down to the cement board (which was in good shape). New 24×24 light gray porcelain went on the floor; 12×24 porcelain went on the shower walls. A new 60" double vanity with quartz top, two undermount sinks and brushed-nickel faucets replaced the original. Frameless mirrors and a new vanity light bar completed the look.
The Result
The bath went from a 1994 dated interior to a clean, neutral modern aesthetic — all without moving a single pipe. Total: 5 days, $5,800 in materials and labor.
